2. Use of Service

You agree to use CompaniesOnTheGo solely for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Access data in violation of UK data protection laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of our Service.

CompaniesOnTheGo provides company data and filing information from public Companies House sources. While we strive to keep data accurate and updated, we do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to CompaniesOnTheGo requires an active subscription:

• Personal Plan – £6/month
• Company Plan – £12/month
• Premium Plan – £24/month

Subscriptions are billed securely through Google Play Billing or Apple Pay. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings.

We do not store or process payment card details directly.

4. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day premium access trial after subscribing. After the trial period, the selected plan’s subscription charges will automatically apply.

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

While CompaniesOnTheGo fetches information from Companies House API, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House. All data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

We are not liable for:

• Missed filings or deadlines due to third-party data errors.
• Technical downtime or API unavailability.
• Financial losses arising from reliance on our Service.

6. Data Privacy

7. Account Management
